My name is Ashley A. Planchon and I began Lineage Legal Services because I believe estate planning is about far more than preparing legal documents—it is about protecting the people, values, and legacy that matter most. My mission is to help individuals and families throughout Southern California create thoughtful estate plans that not only safeguard their assets but also preserve the principles and wishes they want to pass on to future generations.
I am passionate about serving my community by making estate planning approachable, understandable, and empowering. I believe every family deserves the peace of mind that comes from having a comprehensive plan in place, and I take pride in educating my clients so they can make informed decisions that align with their goals and values.
Estate planning is not a one-time transaction—it is an ongoing relationship. I work alongside my clients as a trusted advisor, building lasting relationships that evolve as life changes. Whether planning for incapacity, protecting loved ones, minimizing uncertainty, or ensuring a smooth transition after death, I am committed to providing personalized guidance with compassion, integrity, and attention to detail.
My goal is for every client to feel confident that they have protected what matters most and that they have an attorney they can turn to for years to come.
I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from California State University San Marcos in 2012 before obtaining my Juris Doctorate from the prestigious Santa Clara University School of Law in 2016. I am proud to be admitted to practice law in the State of California and dedicate my practice exclusively to estate planning, helping families create customized plans that provide security and peace of mind.
Outside the office, I am a wife and proud mom of two amazing boys who keep life fun, adventurous, and full of perspective. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, traveling, exploring the outdoors, enjoying time with our two dogs, training in martial arts, or relaxing with a good book.
